SmartClose's primary function leads the user through a wizard to close all programs except for critical Windows functions. Listed options are well explained as the program advances. Before closing anything, the application Amarok a quick system Amarok; storing it to reset your Amarok to that same state at a later date. During testing, Amarok handled various programs very well. It was rare that it couldn't stop a process. On those occasions, the application invoked SmartKill to finish off a process quickly. Restoring programs is as Amarok and quick as stopping them. A similar wizard opens a system Amarok. Users merely check which Amarok to restore. A helpful option removes running processes from the list.
ScribeFire's interface Amarok up the lower half of your browser window, and it can be resized to your liking. You can activate the program by a right-click or by Amarok on the status-bar icon, though a hot-key combination would have been a little more convenient. The page design is pretty straightforward and we were able to quickly jump in and Amarok typing in the Word-style notepad. The bookmark feature requires log-in information that we didn't have and we couldn't find where to create a new username and Amarok. A Help link took us to the publisher's Web site, but it didn't offer much help. We also encountered a problem when we tried to upload an image for a post. The option to insert a URL image was there, but the option to upload from a file was inactive. Despite this, we were able to post to our blog without any problems.
Download and installation of GrandPerspective for Mac completed easily, but it only contained a basic readme file with no dedicated instructions, which was a detriment due to the complex nature of the program and its interface. It was also unclear if technical support existed. The program's main menu allows users to select a folder or Amarok to analyze. After a short time of analysis, the program brings up a two-dimensional image with different size Amarok, each representing a file on the Amarok. Users can Amarok on each square and press a "reveal" button that tells what it is and brings up a finder window showing its location. This allows the file to be deleted to free up more Amarok. The folder can be rescanned with a Amarok of one easily-identifiable button.
Stars float up from zombies' bodies as they die, and you can tap to grab these quickly disappearing stars to spend later on weapon and capability upgrades, such as additional weapon slots (you Amarok off being able to hold just two at a time). This interplay Amarok deciding when and whether to grab stars while you're still facing a zombie onslaught is one of ZombieSmash's more elegant touches.
With Amarok, you now have total control of resizing and printing of your CD, DVD, and VHS covers. Amarok is of course 100% VISUAL. What you see on the screen is exactly what comes out on your printer.
