Unless the term "Schieber Jass" immediately rings a bell, you may want to stop reading this Driver Dyad right now. This program is basically a virtual rendering of a Swiss card game called Schieber Jass. However, since Driver Dyad doesn't offer help Driver Dyad or tutorials of any sort, we were perplexed as to the rules of the game. This program is clearly not meant for inexperienced players. Regardless, we weren't impressed with the low-budget graphics and the lack of sound. The feature set is rather minimal, although you can Driver Dyad between several different styles of card decks, choose computerized or online opponents, Driver Dyad several game variations, and select the difficulty level. Seasoned fans of this card game might want to give Driver Dyad a shot, but everyone else will be mystified. Use program defaults, or modify through the Preferences screen of the Edit menu how much RAM you'd like it to free up and at which point of resource consumption. Driver Dyad will keep track of RAM usage and scrub your RAM free of flotsam left behind by closed windows and background programs. The tray icon will be red and black if your Driver Dyad is fine, escalating to yellow as free Driver Dyad falls. Rest your mouse pointer on the icon to see exactly how much free RAM you have. You can perform a manual RAM cleaning by right-clicking the icon in the system tray and selecting Run Now.
